Cheap LED bulbs

Hi i was wondering if anyone else has experienced problems with cheap LED bulbs? i have started seeing more problems with the circuit boards shorting out. I had a customer with 16 GU10 LED downlight in the kitchen and found that 5 had stopped working 1 has shorted and was tripping the circuit (hence my visit) and another 8 had signs of overheating and they had only been in for a month!

No I am an avid believer in Phillips LED. Customer bought them on the internet. I think that cheap LED bulbs could be the next 'cheap phone charger' fire hazard. These were closer to going up and I bet the plastic was not flame retardant!
