Quality stuff except for the LED  drivers  which are now costing us silly money in call backs as we were the mugs who supplied them .

They intimated to the wholesaler that they have replaced the original driver ....we went back to fit it .........it packed up after a few weeks.......they sent another FOC  which we fitted and that packed up .  They are now not prepared to  keep replacing FOC .

Now a different driver, powering other lights there, has crapped out  so yet another call back .  Cost to date around £200  in travel , wholesalers, removing drivers for return .

Not impressed at all .    Its the usual thing ....failure of electronics .  I've had it with HF fluorescent  units carping out while the old wound ballasts just keep on going .  Stopped fitting HF fluoro in the end as it was costing us to guarantee them .

They annoyed me by saying they wouldn't replace the replacements  .

I have their Rep involved now who should be involving their tech guys .

Everyone forgets that it costs a contractor to honour their guarantees as he becomes the end supplier .

Knightsbridge lights are very good.....said nobody EVER!

had a few Click Inceptors failed recently....swapped,out FOC within 3. Days. My sons mate used them for all of the gf in his house. 2 failed, he bought them himself BUT forgot to do the warranty online. They won't honour it BUT the fittings are clearly marked with the date production code....it's not rocket science,

Ive had a few JCC's fail in less than 12 months. Not impressed.

I discovered Knightsbridge very helpfully make their fluorescent tubes in slightly different lengths to standard recently too, when a customer asked me to replace the tubes in her under counter lights

A bit like howdens cabinet lights then, oddball sizes,,,,

I've recently started to have to replace the LEDs in my own place, Kosnics, been in 8+ years, so I'm not complaining, never did come with a warranty tho, excess kit from a job I subbied on,,,,   :innocent
