Connecting PC to ESP Infinite Prime panel

Hi Guys,

Has anyone managed to connect a PC to the ESP Infinite Prime panel using the PC-Connect Interface?

In the programing options on the panel, the only choice for RP is by PSTN or GSM. Is this correct or am I missing the point completely?

Step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this hangman? I have the same problem.

The pc must be connected via the usb on the PSTN module as far as I know.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer's technical helpline? They are usually quite helpful.

not helpful when i phoned them! best advice they were able to come up with was 'follow the instructions'.
