I like Hager - but found them to be expensive and wide.

Hate MK - I've only fitted two and both times had faulty MCB's. Look nice though.

Control Gear was my standard - but can be a pain getting the front cover on due to distortion - particularly with the 12 way. Look much like the MK but cheaper. Don't like their main switches much - do not feel nice!

Now tend to use BG 10 way dual RCD boards from B and Q -

Merlin all day long for 3 phase boards, and single phase com/industrial. Mk sentry for the domestics, most of the big brands are good for domestic , just steer clear of Chint and newlec! I've had 2 newlec main rcd switches fail!

where are people getting these cheap hagers from?

I pay

Where do you get them at that price?
I get all my Hager CU's from Wilts Electrical. Not sure about buying power - I only spend a couple of grand with them a month. I use Denmans and City's too but they cannot compete with Wilts pricing.

Gil-lec online I use but my wholesaler has now started getting the 10 way high integ at same price.... Ash I reckon u use Gil lec.....
