So it appears that the cost of copper is falling as well as oil. Possibly good news for those buying cable, but bad news for those with a big pile of scrap to weigh in?

Looks like a trip to the scrapie to weigh in my stock asap then.

You can bet the price paid for scrap will fall quicker than the price of new cable.
