cover missing on cut out

Went to a customer last night to replace a damage light switch

when i look at consumer unit the main cut out on a tns system the cover was missing on the neutral side with a bit of tape leaveing exspossed

would i inform the dno or the custormer inform there supplyer as not come across this before i have got a photo but dont know how to up load it

on to post all so the seal fairys had paid a visit

Thanks mate for the reply its at high level have you a template for a danger notice i have put a perspec cover on it which is safer then it was i could not belive somebody would leave it in that condition

i have got a photo but dont know how to up load it on to post

Double click on "Post Reply" -> Scroll down to additional options -> Attachments -> Click on "Manage Attachments" -> Click "Browse" -> locate where the image is stored on your PC -> Click "Upload" and wait for several seconds and when it has completed uploading, it will add to your post as an attachment.

There is another way through a image host, such as "Photobucket" (preferred method)

not a major problem (compared to missing cover on live). contact DNO on emergency number and tell them there is no cover on cutout. they will send someone to fix it

sorted now andy contacted DNO they sent somebody within 3 hours all safe now
