Got a call last night to a storage heater as above expectin to find thermal link burnt out or tripped depending on type but couldn't find either anywhere on it anyone tell me where to look as going round there again shortly

it is top right next to controls. follow the internal wiring, its usually the first device the supply to heater will go though
