crossed wires

Half an hour later ... after having been sidestepped into reading previous threads when using the search to find mentions of 'crossing' (some real gags in there ) ... I have this quick query:

Is having surface-clipped vertical T&E cables cross over/ under a horizontal earth conductor a no-no?

If not, is the same situation but with all T&E cables ok too?

Cant really see anything wrong with it myself, but going under would look better if you are able to chop out the wall behind the horizontal cable.

tho I would tend to think going behind the horizontal cable would look better.
