my point of mentioning it is partly for public service broadcasting !

so many idiots , yes idiots, are doing EICRs based on 18th edition installations, gives rise to landlords spending money unnecessarily AND as the CPSs are doing nothing to clarify this, it’s up to us decent people to point this out

the root cause is the Napit codebreakers, which is being used as the “bible” to justify codings ..... I’ve not seen anything from Napit to dissuade people from this position, so they are coconspirators in a huge mis-selling activity imho
