Digital Vernier Caliper Under A Tenner!

Maplin are doing stainless steel digital vernier calipers on special offer for under 10 quid! Comes with spare battery too. Been using mine and it seems spot on.

Aldi had a similar item in their tools section probably 12months or so back....

I bought one of theirs.. looks very similar, small plastic case and spare battery..

Id only use them for sizing up what gauge tongue bar i need!

Its difficult deciphering between a 12 and a 12.5 but makes ever so much difference when its in me tongue

I have one of the aldi/lidl/whatever ones,

had it a couple of years now and its surprisingly accurate for a piece of tat,

just remember to keep zeroing it and the results can be quite good.
