Hello
I am planning to install new digital shower in my bathroom. It's a Triton Satellite with fixed head. All plumbing and electrical installations will be done in the loft. Fixed shower head goes through the ceiling to the bathroom and shower is being controlled from bathroom via 2xAA battery operated wireless remote. No wiring/electrical work will be done in bathroom. In the attic I have spare lighting circuit which I want to use to supply the electricity to pumped mixing unit (located in the attic) through 5 amp fused spur box as per the installation instructions.
The big question is can I do it myself, or is it against the regs? Part P checklist says that I cannot do "new shower circuit", but it will not be a new circuit, so I am confused a bit.
Many thanks for help.
Radek
