Do my Creda storage heaters contain asbestos?

I have 3 Creda storage heaters that were installed around 1978. A photo of one of them is in this link: https://imgur.com/gallery/caM5DEN

No model number is visible on the unit (front, back, sides at least).

Does it contain asbestos?

Could well do, as it wasn’t stopped from being used until 1984 iirc.

Manufactured after 1973 not very likely but check list from link in previous post.

have a look along the edge nearest the floor OR possibly on the bit that fixes to the wall

only way to know for certain is to get a sample taken and tested

Probably not, because all Creda heating products manufactured since June 1975 have been asbestos free and it can't be confirmed without knowing about the model number.
