I've just removed a board with a similar pattern to the top edge of the opening, although not quite that bad. Bit of tape and a Stanley knife should see it right again.

Correction: add 'Hammerite' remove 'paint'!

Both! best use two colours and smooth and hammer finish for extra strength, also do brush stokes horizontal and spay can anti-clockwise.

I was thinking a bit of P38 with chicken wire then a layer of P40 finished off with some stoneguard. Worked for Knackered arches on my old Marina Coupe 25 years ago!!!

I've just spent a few hours fixing my tumble dryer with bits from another scrapper, can't afford a new one at this exact time & running out of clothes as the weather is so bad can't dry them!

House looks like the archetypal Chinese laundry!

All I need now is a door latch and to sort the noise in the drive and all done!
