yes do dead tests then sit in van and make up live tests. probably as good a result as his idea. be as well not recording them at all.

on my last annual nic inspection the guy said i should calculate Zs not measure it as i shouldn't be working live.

Clearly being a brain-dead sheep is no obstacle to being an assessor.....

In reality, the scams have little confidence in the ability of their "assessed enterprises" - I wonder why?  ] ] ]
