Just done a call out to factory that had lost all lights.Dropped everything, went and replaced the MCB.

Have done this a few times M107 and TBH have actually gotten some other work from it

The company in question was 1st access, anybody had any experiences with them?The expert was Tony Cable I think he's a main man at the NIC.

Good ol Tony Cable from the NICEIC. He has been on cowboy trap with Clive Holland too. He was checking the main earthing conductor on a bodged install and actually pulled it straight out of the MET without touching the screws. He then explained the dangers of having no earth in place..

Dont forget you have to test it and must issue a MWC, even if it is a straight like for like, plastic pendant swap.

It depends on the customer requirements.

I have also done work on a Sunday as a call out for nothing.

Still I got no more work out of that.
