Total Control heating was a system I think only offered by SSE some time back.
You have 3 consumer units. One is your domestic unit, for all normal house circuits, which is always on and metered at the standard rate.
The second is a pretty normal off peak unit that feeds storage heaters, it only comes on at night and when on is metered at the off peak rate.
The third is the "total control" consumer unit. It is on all the time, but metered at the cheap rate, you are only supposed to connect heating appliances to this one like showers or electric panel heater
In the meter box is one pretty standard dual rate meter, and one single rate meter.
Which meter connects (or should connect) to which consumer unit please?
