Buried withing the schematics you supplied is a DOL diagram - but they also included the wiring of a braking system.

Welshy, what level of detail do you require ? The contactor switching each pole? the overload? the coil connections ?

As the name suggest DOL means a phase comes in, and a phase goes out to the motor - nothing fancy, except for the contactor and overload.
