I wouldn't have touched a Motorola with yours...

But Google bought Motorola not so long ago and these new ones are getting good press.

My work phone is a Google nexus 5 and Its very good. At first I was sceptical but the os is very good almost as good as my samsung s4?

£80 for a Google phone is worth a punt!

I just got the wife a moto g for her b'day, ******* good phone for 100£,  I got it on asda. [i think] or maybe tesco,  unlock code for 1.60£ odd,

I looked at the G but it's limited as I understand to 8 or 16GB with no provision for an SD card. The E is expandable via a slot though it only comes with 4GB built in . Another downside I think of the E is that it has a slightly smaller screen and lower res. Then the G is quad core the E dual. Weird how they bring out the E with the expandable slot which everyone wanted on the G but with lesser other specs It's all a ploy I tell you!!!

yer, memory is limited,

but what does she really need to store more than 5G for?

Ive just set the wife up on dropbox on her phone for all her pix and stuff,

other than that she doesnt do much else, and, 5G is a fair few songs.

I had looked at the storage options, but came to the conclusion the specs far outweighed storage at this price point,

especially with so much cloud storage etc available for free.
