Downlights in older cielings

No asbestos in this ceiling I know the guy that did al the artexing, and i contacted him first and he can guarantee it is 100% asbestos free

I do my home work

I hope u kicked him in the family jewels for doing artex in the 1st place :^O , whats wrong with a nice heavy blown vinyl, at least its easy to get rid of
