I think water meters and their universal application

A water official turned up and asked me if he could

change mine to a "smart" meter.

I thought he was taking the p**s.

He did.

No, he just fitted a widget to make it

Most leaks I see are running down the road and into the drains.

There's loads of leeks here, but no drought!
