Ok , customer wants a shower at the end of the bath on a partition wall. Cable would be in the zone on the bathroom side of the wall, but not on the stairs side.

I might be concerned about somebody hanging pictures or porcelain ducksPray

any Ideas or comments?

It used to be that a zone formed on one side of a wall extended to the other side, if the wall was less than 100mm thick, and the location of the accessory could be ascertained from the other side.

So you would either place an accesory or a blank plate on the other side, or protect the cable with metal conduit.

I think, that still applies now.

An RCD would be not considered sufficient protection, as the cable will not be in a safe zone on both sides of the wall.
