I prefer double figures, at least on anything, but, in the private sector doing work for paying customers who don't really want to pay, it's always an economic trade off.

So, if you can meet 7430, then the job's a good 'un.

The general "guidance" for a 1ph install up to say 100A is < 200 Ohms.

Now, that is limited to just this.

It doesn't apply to anything > 100A, so then you need to go to 7430, and greater details.

A LOT don't bother because they don't understand.

I'm really confused here, are you saying the the Ra of a TT installation should be <200 Ohms if the supply is under 100A but it can be 7430 Ohms if the supply is over 100A?.
