hi I'm carrying out EICR on 200+ caravans on the same park. Do I have to fill in all 9 pages of the EICR report or is there another form i can use thanks.

Order some more paper.

Let's hope it's a laser printer not an inkjet, otherwise add the cost of the ink to your bill.

Seriously as it's presumably for just one customer (the park owner) I would just give them one set of all the information bumph sheets, then just print the test results for each 'van.

e.mail them as locked .pdf 's ,

thats how I try and get all my customers to accept them,

I tell them its my way of being 'green' , and that if they ever loose them then I can always get them a duplicate, [without mentioning the cost :) ]

Few thoughts come to mind after reading your question..

a)

Are you considering calling each caravan an "installation" in its own right..

thus you are considering a full report for every van...

Or are you considering the site to be the "installation" with each van a sub distribution board off the main site installation.?

b)

As Andy said in post #3 the BS7671 model forms are not 9 pages..?

so if you are considering using one customised form...

why not consider another bespoke form of your own design for the installation..

providing all of the essential details from the model forms are included you could eliminate a swathe of duplication and non-relevant sections.

c)

Wouldn't the actual detail of how you intend doing the job been considered prior to accepting to do the work..

or how have you agreed a cost for the job without allowing for all materials and admin costs involved...?

d)

Also..

what extent of the installtion is being inspected and tested..

are there any agreed limitations that would result in less written detail on the EICR?

e)

welcome to the forum!
