Can someone help me with electrical circuits problems to find errors.  E.g. induction motor starters with components wrongly placed and require to be corrected

how do,you know they are wrongly placed?

who placed them wrongly?

is this a College/homework,question?   Just wondering as it sounds a bit strange that "some person or persons unknown has wrongly placed some components"
