A friend of ours from when I was down south is moving into a 1970's house in Woodstock, North of Oxford.
She's wanting a new consumer unit as well as the meter moved to an outside box (obviously a job for the DNO but needs coordinating with the electrician) Plus various alterations like extra sockets and general refurbishment.
Most of the work will be done while the house is empty before they move in.
