I worked with a Polish sparky once. He did'nt understand a word of English and I was given the task of explaining to him how to wire up a maintained emergency light fitting. My arms were aching afterwards.

we were doing outside lights on one side of the building and 2 Polish guys were on the otherside of the building

i was asked how his work was and i said it was spot on,,,,,,

asked to go and look at the Poles work omg......... they had to rip it out and start again

The ad does indeed infringe the equal rights, simply because it is asking for a person of Polish decent. The advert should say must be able to speak Polish, or words to that effect.

The whole wording of the ad is pretty poor.

I'd bet you would have a better chance of having him done for the drugs bit before anything else, well, we cant be biased, its an illness dont you know,
