I am looking for 1 possibly 2 electricians in the north london area.

Carrying out remedial works, must have your own van, tools and test equipment.

Ideally having experience with the decent homes project.

I have the same teams working from day 1 from almost 2 years ago.

works increasing so need more labour.

work ranges from kitchen/bathroom upgrades, remedial works from periodics, central heating, occasional rewires etc

If your familiar with the decent homes contracts you will know exactly what sort of work it is.

I am aware of the Decent homes projects but have never worked on any. I have worked on other similar schemes such as Care & repair plus local authority projects.

What areas maybe postcodes are you talking about ?
