Email will not work..

Hi Andy,

I do not know much about computers.. I have never used the virgin email thingy, i use mozzilla thunderbird as it is the closest to what i had in the first place outlook express. Most of the stuff you get now is just complexity for the sake of it. I got the latest version of word [i think] but it is no better, in fact worse, than word 6 that came with windows 3.1 on my old 486 computer. Why they have to keep changing things is beyond me..

I've had it in the past in my previous employment that I received an email from someone, I replied to the email they then replied but when I tried replying it bounced back with a similar message.

When I sent a new email it got through OK, it maybe something to do with the monitoring software they use.
