Ethos 7300 Loop impedence tester

Hi

Hope someone can help. I have a Ethos 7300 small bit of kit for which I have mislaid the instruction book, can anyone help with a scanned PDF copy.

Ethos made it obsolete some years ago so no longer provide any support or info.

Surely it can't be that hard to figure out how to use a loop tester,?

Hi steptoe

No very easy, to use but cannot remember the various error codes and solutions.

Normally connect the three leads up press, the button give me a reading. But now need cal so need to know specs etc. I had this in the "little book" with it.

Ethos kit was just rebranded equipment, and the 7300 looks a lot like a Megger loop tester so maybe referencing some Megger manuals will be useful.

A phone call to Seaward in the North East may be your answer here . Seaward make Ethos equipment , or did.

 They have a very good site ,and the are also very helpful on the phone.

 They have been taken over , but worth a try.

Yeah, one of their own brands. Most of it was Seaward kit but I think they did have the odd special here and there that wasn't.
