can anyone recommend a good quality fan for the kitchen and the bathroom. Both are to be wall fitted, without spending a fortune.

bathroom size - 2.13m by 3.47m

kitchen size - 2.13m by 3.47m

both are to be standard types.

makes and models woud be awesome.... this will be for a full re-wire.

Vent-Axia are the best and the most expensive , start with them and work backwards.

Silavent have gone bust I believe.

I use Vortice a lot , they seem OK.

If the fans are to be fitted directly to an outside wall with only the wall thickness then i have found the cheap ones such as Manrose or RDL work just as well as the top price ones. Any length of ducting then an inline fan is 10 times better and makes such as Vent Axia or Expelair are better.
