F.c.u In Bathroom Cupboard

I have been to a property today & they had a fcu feeding a tumble dryer in a cupboard within the bathroom.  The cupboard is 1 metre away from the bath, I feel that this is wrong, but cannot provide a reg to say it is wrong.  I have come across plenty of combi boilers in the cupboard within a bathroom.  Any advice?

So how is that different from a immersion heater switch in an airing cupboard in a bathroom?

What do you deem a room, is it a room off the bathroom, so not a bathroom.

There's probably no difference between that & an immersion heater switch in there.  It just did not feel right, the guy I was with was quite happy with it, he said it is not classed as part of the bathroom as it's in the cupboard.
