Fire alarm service/pir form?

Hi folks,

got to look at a job later tonight, a care home has been vandalised and the fire alarm system needs checking over as they are 'hanging off the ceiling' I pressume ceiling tiles have been knocked down.

In my certs I have design, install and commission certs. Is there anywhere I can get hold of a cert for inspection of an existing system?
