My mate is having new PVC windows installed, don't fancy drilling the new window frames to refit contacts. Has anybody got any suggestions?

Thanks

That is good idea, never thought of that. I think he's a bit concerned they will mess it up. if they will fix them on it will save me a 50 mile round trip to refit them. Taking them off tomorrow.

Dependant on the type of contact your mate has fitted it may not be possible to glue them

if they are the old style open type there is knowhere to put glue to stick them

I can tell you which ones you need if you need to change them, they are called SC550 Heavy duty contacts and also have a 20mm operating gap which is great for the round bead/style windows.
