Go to google and search for 'free avatar' or 'free electrical avatar' or what ever you fancy and then pic one you like.

You then go to your 'User control Panel' and on the LHS menu 'edit avatar'

The website will give you a link with the avatar - copy and paste it and click 'save changes'.
