Question is?

Was it the on coming car or the horn of the lorry that caused him to swerve so dramatically?

One of those 'solicitor' type would get a claim against the lorry driver as the sounding of the horn startled my client this causing him to over exaggerate his steering action, it could not have been the oncoming vehicle as my client was very aware of this vehicle and his ability to overtake, therefore he had judged to off allowed sufficient time to safely pass the lorry.

Just thinking out aloud!

I could put him in touch with a mate of mine.

He owns the largest caravan replacement panel/part company in the UK. He makes all,the moulds and the panels......does he have a caravan....does he fuc......".cannot stand the things?

Handy lad to know if you want some fibre glassing made up. He did the wetroom for another mate....bombproof!!

Just saying

The motorist had been stuck behind HGV driver Nick Townley for several miles after leaving the M5 in Somerset.

He tried passing him at a set of lights but as the road narrowed he lost control at 50mph.
Clearly the lorry drivers fault for driving so slow causing a hold up and being to inconsiderate to allow the caravan to overtake.

Who ever said it's caravans that cause hold ups?   :run

Oh and the road planners must share the blame. A set of traffic lights with 2 lanes in and 2 lanes out, but the right hand lane then disappears almost immediately with little warning, just the thing to catch someone on an unfamiliar road.

I reckon the muppet drives like that normally and kind of forgot about the caravan which I reckon bounced off the traffic island first before clouting the lorry
