Furloughing public sector staff

Anybody know what happens to public sector workers who are at home unable to work?

do they get paid in full or 80% 

theres no no point in the state paying the state!

Well  yes  Murdo ,   the state pays it's own workers  ,  they don't become part of "The State"  .
