finishing my 2230 in about 3 months, i have had 4 weeks experience with a light and sound company which i am not sure about doing (they have asked me back for another 2 weeks) sound like i could get a job at the end of it. I will see what else the people at college can get me, but i have been looking at different qualifications i can do if i dont get anything. At the moment i would like to do a PAT testing course, 17th edition and maybe niceic. Can anyone advise me on what i should really be doing qualification wise from experience? Also does anyone know anywhere good to go around the northwest of england, i dont really mind traveling, premier lodges are cheap these days :Y

Where abouts in the Northwest???

I did my 2381 (3 1/2 days) and 2391 (4 1/2 days) at a place in Oldham, he wasn't bad - passed first time!

if i lived in your part of the world and had work and possibly a job with a company dealing in that sort of thing i would be whole heartedly throwing myself into it. Worry about the other courses later if u want to pursue them. What that company will hopefully teach you, is not taught at college, theres alot of money to be earnt in that field aswel!
