No, but someone's had the cover off recently to put some new tails in. Not sealed?
Strange to see two lots of tails from the head. Old white meter system? or a property split into two and sharing one head?

are these bs3036, bs88's etc...
Not sure of the question, but thats a Siemens single phase head with a neutral link. Its also a TNS supply. There is another thread currently running showing the cover off
