I feel your pain.......their black lugged dry lining boxes were thrown together in the same design studio.TBH I think most grade of KO box would go the same way in those conditions .
Denmans do special range of KO box ( designed to annoy sparks) .... the adustable lug drops out so you always need spare boxes to rob, and a lot of the threads have to be tapped out on 2nd fix .
Oh and because on new work I usually loop at the switches so use 25mm X 1 gang boxes can lead to quite a few earths and the terminal has a tiny hole compared to other makes.
Have you ever used their CGD 3 phase boards? Shucking fiite or what! Used one AND never again. Client wouldn't pay M&G price unfortunately!.....their Curve boards however are quite good
