Hi All,
I am a new member, joined today.
I have two Growatt SPH3600 Hybrid Inverters installed at my home with 19 Solar Panels split on two different systems.
The original system was installed with 9 Trina 400 panels, 1 x Growatt SPH3600 Hybrid inverter and a Growatt 3.3kW Battery.
The second system was installed in March this year, comprising of 10 DMEG 405 Panels, 1 x Growatt SPH3600 Hybrid inverter and a Growatt 3.3kW battery.
Once the second system was installed we had a few problems, the original system was discharging power to power up the battery on the new system, so the installer moved the original battery on to the new system and conected them in series and the problem was rectified.
This morning for the first time, the batteries were showing that the charge had fallen below 9%, and was pulling power from the grid to recharge themselves, could someone please inform me if this is normal.
Thanks
