I have had to fit a Growatt inverter today. I have tried to create a plant on their website, and it is saying that the 'assigned user' needs filling in on the form. I have tried my account number, name, all sorts etc. Anyone got any idea what this part of the form relates to? I phoned their technical department earlier today, and they said to use YouTube. Really....
