Plonkers - but who made him the judge? he's asking to get his lights punched out!
He was a bit " Holier than thou" but it needed doing .
I'm guessing that one twiglet decided to chance his arm on the hard shoulder , and others behind think they are being sent down the shoulder , then everyone joins in . They can't all be that stupid .............can they ???
Being careful how I say this , but in certain areas of this city , certain people who came here to make a better life for themselves and may not, possibly, be archytypical middle class, indigenous English people, seem to think that the BUSES ONLY lane have been installed for their private use . They also think that sections of RED ROUTE (double red lines) are there so you can park outside the shops and jam up inter city routes.
Disabled parking bays are , of course , kept vacant for their convenience .

One of my pet hates, I have never done it and never will. See it all the time people think they can just bomb down the hard shoulder past everybody else so good on him for making them feel like the idiots they are!

Amazing these people think they are doing nothing wrong it strikes me things are getting bad on the roads when you have these idiots thinking they can take a short cut and use the hard shoulder. I honestly think they should get 6 points on the licences and i expect they are the ones with points already due to speeding and then they will cry because they loose there licences. I think the problem with these people they think they have a right to a driving licence and do not look after it.
All this is very interesting .......but did you notice almost the last car he approached ............the passenger was flashing a nice pair of legs and the driver iin the next car was getting an eyeful !!!

Quality tho he's quite lucky someone didn't give him some stick as they do.
