Hi all i've worked as a maintenance engineer for last 10 years and fancy a change studying to become a spark just done my 17th edition also have a passion to learn testihg i have a fluke 1651 and just getting to grips with it any help appreciated thanks ;)

Isn't electrician a 'trade' and those who practice it 'tradesmen'?

I wholeheartedly agree a tradesman can act professionally and do a professional job :D

I'm afraid , gentlemen, that we are merely Tradesmen . We look up to professionals but look down on unskilled workers.... we know our place . ( You have to be a certain age to get that quote)
