Water supply to a hillside farm

Water is pumped from a stream further down the hill using a hydraulic ram, up to a water storage tank burried in the ground.

Next to this underground tank is a shed containing a pressure vessel. Pressure switch on the vessel turns a submirsible pump on to pump to pump water from the buried tank.

This simulates a mains pressure water supply to the farmhouse and farm buildings.

But the pump is failing. The landlord is away in France and needs help to find a replacement.

So we are looking for a submirsible potable water pump, to pump water up about 3 metres in height, and charge the vessel up to 2.5 bar, so I guess the pump must be capable of pumping up to say 4 bar?

Any ideas where one can buy such a pump?

Previously he used a borehole pump, but that wasn't very successful as it's quite long (and thin) and once the underground tank empties to half full it can't pump any more.

So something along the lines of a shorter version of a borehole pump. It does not need to be particularly thin.
