Help Needed If Possible

Hi Thanks first for reading - here goes

i have a Hotpoint Aquarius FTCL871 Heat Pump Condenser Dryer, and it wont get warm - new to me these ones, and im wondering if anyone has dealt with these probs before - i have done thermostats on others - but i have no idea on these, where or if they have them? safety shut off switch? or its the pump itself
