Just taking the opportunity to introduce myself.
My names Pete and have been dabbling in property development for more years than I care to remember. Bought my first house when I was 17 via my parents and I'm now 51.
Always had a great interest in all the different trades involved, but mostly involved with the plumbing and tiling side and now studying the electrics side of it. Currently studying for my 17th Ed.
