dont forget the making good, spent a day plastering last sat which wasn't quoted for, thats where the extras card comes in, along with, "i think ill have downlights in my kitchen now" instead of the center fitting you quoted for! im not bitter......

Belive it or not i have just finished a two bedroom house after 6 months. This due to a builder who was doing all the work by himself.

What started off a being a nice easy small job ending up being a pain in the butt as i had to keep going back and for.

for me...in open wiring 3bedroom and including dinning and living room consumed 2days...

but for concealed wiring maximum 1 week.....

Finished a rewire last month was on going for 11 months pain in the arse that's why I don't like working for relatives, lost track of time etc prob didn't make much out of it!
