I Can't Make My Diplomat Oven Work

It won't let me reset the timer. I have switched on and off. Pressing the hand does nothing. I'm hungry!!! (

It sounds like you have an oven that has a safety feature that won't allow the oven to operate without the timer being set.... You need to read the manual and follow the clock setting instructions.

Other than that I don't think anyone can give you any further guidance as you've posted very little information,,, not even the model number

Thanks. I'm a new tenant and there is no manual. Hence the lack of info.

The model number is usually printed on a label that's visible when the door is open, you can then google the manual,,,, other than that call your landlord

to set the clock, you normally have to press and hold 2 of the buttons together, then use the + and - buttons to adjust the time.

In the absence of a manual, just try different ones until you find which ones work.

Only when the clock is set will the oven turn on.
