My brother is out in Shanghai for 2 years and has been sending loads of pics back of the food & menu's, i will have to sort some out and post them here. I am going out at Christmas so it will be an interesting 'Roast' for sure.

Off topic. In the 1980's the American computer maker, Wang Computers, introduced a new customer charter. They called it "Wang Care"

And remember the instrument maker Wayne Kerr? Always amused me.

Back to food. In the 90's I spent a month in Chicago. As we were in a Hotel we eat out every night so got to know most of the eateries.

There was one we never visited however, it was called "Dees D1ckerty Dog" Surprisingly, the car park always seemed empty.
