Got this from a local wholesaler today:
"Dear colleague
A used KT65DL multifunction 8 in 1 tester is up for grabs, worth over £400 at XXXXXXXX Guildford branch.
Just buy a £10 ticket from one of our staff on the Trade Counter and pop it in the raffle box to be in with a chance to win this tester that’s only been used once.
The KT65DL can test continuity, insulation resistance, loop impedance, PSC (L-N/L-L), PFC (L-PE), RCD, earth, phase rotation and voltage with all results shown on a large-size backlit display on the front of the tester.
To make choosing a test procedure easier each test is assigned a colour.
We will draw the winning ticket on Tuesday, 24th December at 11:00 am."
Why 2nd hand and more importantly - where are the proceeds from the raffle going ? staff xmas lunch? managers back pocket? a local charity?
